Location: Jerusalem/ Tel-Aviv
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract
Job Overview: As a SharePoint Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing, configuring, and maintaining the SharePoint environment to ensure its optimal performance, security, and availability. Your expertise in SharePoint administration will contribute to efficient collaboration, content management, and seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, or hybrid environments, including installation, configuration, and updates.
Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint servers, services, and applications to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Implement security measures, user authentication, and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with policies.
Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows, and provide support to users in site creation and content management.
Collaborate with development teams to deploy custom solutions, web parts, and applications, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
Perform data backups, disaster recovery planning, and ensure data integrity through regular maintenance and system updates.
Implement and manage SharePoint governance policies, information architecture, and best practices for efficient content organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical recommendations for SharePoint solutions.
Train and assist end users in utilizing SharePoint features, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.
Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features, updates, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of the environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator, managing SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, or hybrid environments.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint's architecture, features, and capabilities, including user management, permissions, and site configuration.
Familiarity with SharePoint migration, backup, and restore processes.
Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) integration with SharePoint.
Understanding of SharePoint development concepts for collaboration with development teams.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator, or similar.
