Position: SharePoint Implementor

Location: Jerusalem/ Tel-Aviv

Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract

Job Overview: As a SharePoint Implementor, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing the implementation of SharePoint solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the organization. Your role involves understanding business requirements, configuring SharePoint environments, and overseeing the successful deployment of solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes to determine the most effective use of SharePoint.

  • Design and architect SharePoint solutions that align with the organization's goals, including site structures, navigation, metadata, and content types.

  • Configure and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and web parts to create tailored solutions that address specific business needs.

  • Lead the implementation process from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

  • Work with developers, administrators, and other teams to integrate custom applications, third-party tools, and other technologies into SharePoint environments.

  • Provide training and guidance to end users on using SharePoint solutions effectively, ensuring adoption and user satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the SharePoint administration team to ensure proper security measures, data integrity, and compliance with company policies.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.

  • Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization's use of the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Implementor or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering SharePoint projects.

  • Strong understanding of SharePoint's architecture, features, and capabilities, including customization options, site structure, and permissions.

  • Proficiency in SharePoint configuration, site creation, content management, and user experience design.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint development concepts and tools (SharePoint Framework, SharePoint Designer, etc.).

  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools and integration with SharePoint, such as Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow).

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator, or similar.
